In favor of waste-to-energy incineration

Avery would want to evaluate a planned waste-to-energy trash incineration plant if he was elected. He is in favor of the technology, but concerned about the cost and location.
He might favor another location or simply making it an incinerator that doesn't create electricity in order to fit it on the county's landfill property, he said.
